RIGOL Privacy Policy
RIGOL Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including RIGOL's North America business operations, collectively referred to as "RIGOL," "we," "us," or "our," respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, use, and disclosure when you visit or use our United States website, including rigolna.com (the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is intended for users located in the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Data Minimization
We strictly adhere to a data minimization approach and do not intentionally collect direct identifiers, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct identifiers through general website browsing. However, we may collect certain limited online identifiers and internet activity information, such as cookie identifiers, IP address data, and page interaction data, solely for analytics and security purposes.
When you visit our website, we use a basic analytics tool, Google Analytics for website usage analysis and report generation, to automatically collect limited online identifiers and internet activity information to understand website performance. This includes:
- De-identified device and browser information, such as browser type and operating system; and
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, and error logs.
How We Collect Information
Your usage behavior and log information on our website: pages visited, browsing path, click behavior, time spent, and which channel you used to reach our website.
How We Use Information
We collect limited personal information, including online identifiers and internet activity information for the following limited purposes:
- Operating, maintaining, and improving our website and Services;
- Analyzing website usage and troubleshooting errors to improve design and functionality;
- Protecting website security and preventing abuse; and
- Improving the services and user experience.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar tracking technologies to collect online identifiers and internet activity information. These technologies may collect information such as date and time of access, referring and exit pages, and information about how you interact with the Services and our content (for example, pages viewed, features used, frequency of access). We use this information primarily for website analytics, performance measurement, security, and operational purposes.
Google Analytics Disclosure: We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how users interact with our Services. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website usage and device and browser characteristics. We use Google Analytics in a manner intended to limit the use of the data to providing analytics services to us, and subject to contractual restrictions requiring Google to act as our service provider. To learn more about how Google collects and processes data, please visit How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Your browser or device settings may allow you to control or reject cookies or similar technologies. Because these controls are browser and device specific, you must manage your preferences separately for each browser and device you use. Additional information about cookies and how to manage them is available at allaboutcookies.org.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Browser Signals
Where required by applicable law, we recognize and honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). However, because we do not sell or share personal information, such signals do not change our data practices.
How We Disclose Information (Service Providers)
We do not share any data with advertising networks or marketing partners. We disclose limited Personal Information to vendors that perform essential services on our behalf, solely for business purposes such as analytics, security, and website operations, and subject to contractual restrictions requiring those vendors to process the information only as our service providers.
Google as a Service Provider: Currently, our primary vendor accessing analytics data is Google. We require executed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with such vendors. Under our formal agreement and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, Google acts strictly as our service provider. Google is legally restricted from retaining, using, or disclosing the data for any purpose other than providing analytics services to us. Google Analytics data is stored on Google's secure servers, which are located in the United States.
“Sale”/“Sharing” for Targeted Advertising (U.S. State Laws)
• We do not “sell” or “share” Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined by some U.S. laws). We do not engage in targeted advertising and do not collect Personal Information for such purposes. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information and do not knowingly sell/share personal information of users under 16.

We confirm that we do not currently use artificial intelligence (AI), automated decision-making, or automated solutions in our marketing, analytics, fraud detection, or customer service operations.
